The traditional holiday home has long been a staple of British holiday culture. Here at Durdle Door Holiday Park, we offer modern and fully-equipped Holiday Homes, giving you the perfect setting to make those lasting memories with family and friends. Choose from two and three bedroom holiday homes, sleeping 4 or 6 respectively. Each of our Holiday Homes, although differing in model, is of an equivalent standard: enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, family bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom(s), plus outside seating and parking space for one car outside the holiday home.
Parking for an extra car is available for an additional charge. Our Holiday Homes come with central heating and double glazing as a standard. Shelter from the rain, enjoying a comfy day in watching TV on the sofa, cook up a storm in the kitchen, or use your home away from home as a base while you explore the wonders of the Jurassic Coast. We provide bed linen, plus pillows and duvets, for each bed, however please bring your own towels (these can also be hired at an additional cost). All units are non-smoking.
We have Holiday Homes to let in various positions on the Holiday Park, including those very close to amenities and playparks, and those on quieter plots. Our Holiday Homes are surrounded by beautiful countryside and farmland making for a perfectly-situated environment. While we are very close to the Coastal Path, our own Holiday Homes do not offer a sea view, however do provide you with the perfect base from which to explore Lulworth and the surrounding areas. As well as our own Holiday Homes, we also offer privately owned sublet Holiday Homes which we let on behalf of their owners. You may choose to book these in the same manner as our own Holiday Homes; these will appear in an availability search as ‘sublet’. You’ll have unrestricted access to Durdle Door beach and the coastal paths from the Holiday Park – it’s no more than a few minutes’ walk to the trailhead from any point on the Park.
Arrival and Departures
Check in for all Holiday Homes is from 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Check in must be before 9:00pm, unless arranged with us prior to your arrival. Please vacate your Holiday Home before 10:00am on the day of departure.
Want to bring your dog?
We have a number of specific dog friendly holiday homes, both two and three bedroom. You can choose between pet-friendly and non-pet friendly when booking. You are welcome to bring up to two dogs per unit at an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay.
We have a variety of wheelchair accessible holiday homes, including the ABI Derwent and the Willerby Richmond. These have been adapted for guests with disabilities. They offer a ramp, walk in wet-room, grab rails and trapeze lift handles. These units are pet friendly, but please note that there is no gate on the decking ramp. If you have any special requirements, accessibility questions, or you’d like to stay in a specific model, please contact our Reception Team on 01929 400200. Please note that a travel cot may not fit in the bedrooms of the Holiday Home; we suggest the travel cot be put in the lounge.
