Q.How close are you to Durdle Door?
A. You don’t get any closer than us! You can walk to Durdle Door beach in under 20 minutes from the Holiday Park.

Q. Are you dog friendly?
A. Yes! As well as a dog-friendly Bar & Restaurant, on site shop and two local beaches, our camping and touring pitches welcome dogs (on leads, max. 2 per booking), and we have special dog-friendly units of all our accommodation including pods, Skylight Cabins and Holiday Homes. Quote BARKING when making your booking for a free doggy pack to be waiting in your accommodation on arrival!
Q. Is there a sea view?
A. We offer sea views (on a clear day!) from our Sea View touring pitches and the Horizon Heights Villa Holiday Home. All forms of accommodation are a short walk from the beach even if you can’t see the sea from your window.
Q. What facilities do you have on site?
A. We pride ourselves on offering a peaceful escape, a piece of paradise on the Jurassic Coast. As such we offer the convenience of an on-site shop, and a Bar & Restaurant which offers live entertainment most weekends in the high season.
Q. What is there for children to do at Durdle Door?
A. We have two children’s playparks including a brand new woodland adventure playpark next to Reception. Otherwise, we like to promote the great outdoors! Get in touch with Lulworth Outdoors for fantastic adventure activities on the coast.
Q. Is it safe to swim at Durdle Door?
A. Yes, the bathing water quality is consistently rated ‘excellent’. Usual precautions for sea swimming apply, and there is no lifeguard. Do not jump off any cliffs into the sea.
Q. Is Durdle Door beach dog friendly?
A. Yes! Dogs are welcome year round on the beach. It’s recommended to keep dogs on leads and of course, clean up any mess.
Q. Is Durdle Door beach sandy?
A. Durdle Door beach is shingle, not sand. No sandcastles here, just a stunningly beautiful backdrop for your day at the beach.
