The Park

The Perfect Base To Explore Dorset

Our Park can be found in the heart of Dorset. Nestled in the Purbecks on the dramatic UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Set on the family-owned Lulworth Estate and surrounded by glorious rolling countryside, Durdle Door Holiday Park is unique – and is the only holiday park with the iconic rock arch of Durdle Door, literally on its doorstep. Our guests return year after year to make the most of our wonderful location and friendly welcome.

Experience The History Of Planet Earth

The Jurassic Coast is England's first natural World Heritage Site. The dramatic cliffs, secluded coves and impressive coastal rocks tell a story that goes back 250 million years. It's no wonder this coastline has been designated an area of 'outstanding universal value' - alongside the Great Barrier Reef and the Grand Canyon!

On Your Doorstep

Durdle Door is a great spot to explore Dorset and the Purbecks. From the stunning landforms of the Purbecks to castles, music festivals, stately homes and tourist attractions. With outings including the Tank Museum, Monkey World and Farmer Palmers just around the corner, it's hard to know where to start.

The Historical Lulworth Estate

The Holiday Park is part of the family-owned Lulworth Estate. It stretches for 20 square miles over beautiful Dorset countryside and has been owned by the same family for nearly 400 years. Home to five miles of awesome Jurassic Coastline, including the infamous Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, it is also famous for its wildlife and historical buildings including Lulworth Castle, the first free-standing private chapel to be built after The Reformation and an ancient church redesigned by Thomas Hardy. All this on your doorstep!
